We spent Christmas in a little piece of heaven surrounded by breathtaking natural beauty. the hosts were warm and welcoming, always ready to help with any request. We enjoyed delicious local food, including home-made jams. We also appreciated the self-service bar, a great convenience in a remote location. the room was very comfortable and came with everything we needed. the local area offered plenty of interesting villages to visit, each with its own charms.
Although we liked the quiet location, it was quite remote so don't expect a nightlife scene. this was not an issue for us as we were happy to enjoy nature's own brand of entertainment.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The spot where it is located is amazing, offering fine views of the surrounding nature. The hotel facilities were great, with everything being clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. They even corrected my poor Spanish without making me feel embarrassed. the hotel offered a variety of activities to choose from, including Spanish language improvement sessions and visits to local museums. The breakfast was delicious, with a lot of the food being homemade and sourced locally. Finally, the owners were very knowledgeable about the area, providing valuable insights into its flora, fauna, and history.
It was all superb.

The rural location of this hotel was what attracted us to stay here over Christmas. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside. We enjoyed the homemade meals, particularly the locally sourced meats and cheeses. The self-service tea facilities were a nice touch and perfect for warming up after a winter hike. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering helpful recommendations for outdoor activities in the area.
The remote location came with some downsides. The hotel was difficult to access without a car, and the lack of public transportation made it nearly impossible to leave and explore nearby towns.
